FLEX Core Processing Offers Technology Solution for All Sized Credit Unions, Welcomes Tri-Cities Community FCU and 354 IBEW FCU

Sandy, UT (September 27, 2011) -- FLEX announced today that its 2011 growth trend continues with Tri-Cities Community Credit Union of Kennewick, WA and Local Union 354 IBEW Federal Credit Union of Salt Lake City joining its diverse list of clients. FLEX, known for its uniquely designed embedded virtual server technology engineered in JAVA™, has proved to reduce system complexity and IT resources to less than half of today's industry standards. This advantage offers a unified solution to all sized credit unions and is applicable to both on-line and in-house technologies.

“With almost every credit union that we transition to FLEX, we are told that the conversion is due to direct savings in IT resources,” said Sean Holcomb, Senior Vice President of FLEX. “Once credit unions become FLEX clients, most come back to us with great excitement that FLEX is intuitively easy and expansive. No matter the size of a credit union, FLEX offers fully integrated technologies into one solution minimizing the need for multiple vendor fees, contracts, training and risk.”

Both Tri-Cities and 354 IBEW are small credit unions formed to serve electrical workers unions in different areas of the United States. Tri-Cities Community Federal Credit Union was founded in 1969 by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 112 and now offers membership to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Benton or Franklin County, Washington. Tri-Cities FCU has nearly 3,500 members and over $21 million in assets. Local Union 354 IBEW Federal Credit Union was charted in 1954 and continues to serve Utah’s electrical workers union members. Current membership is over 2,300 with $16 million in assets.

In recent years, credit union industry personnel ranked FLEX first among competing vendors for customer satisfaction. FLEX now serves nearly 300 credit unions in locations across the country, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the Eastern Caribbean. The company enjoys established relationships with all regulatory agencies, corporate credit unions and major industry partners.
