Lander, Wyoming (August 2013) -- Atlantic City Federal Credit Union located in Wyoming with three branches in Lander, Shoshoni and Riverton will convert its core processing system to FLEX in September 2013. The credit union was drawn to the native integration of FLEX modules and the core’s ability to automate many processes including System Management, Data Backup, Full Document Management Suite, Internet & Mobile Banking, and Check21 Teller Capture. Atlantic City FCU serves 10,700 members with $105 million in assets.
“As technology has advanced, we have progressively found that our current technology cannot meet the needs of our members. This dilemma led us to evaluate several core processors. We were immediately drawn to FLEX for its native integration of modules and automated processes,” said Brian Rohrbacher, President and CEO of Atlantic City FCU. “We chose FLEX over other industry leaders for its integrated software, single license fee, and we are particularly excited to serve our members in various locations of Wyoming and the world with FLEXTeller Internet Banking, Mobile Web and Mobile applications with remote deposit capture.”
“We are very pleased to welcome Atlantic City FCU to FLEX. Our core system specializes in meeting the needs of credit union staff and members with integrated and personalized solutions,” said Sean Holcomb, Senior Vice President of FLEX. “Atlantic City had very specific criteria to offer solutions for members spread across Wyoming. FLEX is the perfect fit.”
In recent years, credit union industry personnel ranked FLEX first among competing vendors for customer satisfaction. FLEX now serves nearly 300 credit unions in locations across the country, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the Eastern Caribbean. The company enjoys established relationships with all regulatory agencies, corporate credit unions and major industry partners.
